Everything for a PAT job
- Appliance register with asset ID, location and class, and fast entry for lots of items
- Results for each item with an overall pass or fail, plus failed items and the action taken
- A retest interval for each item (12 months by default) and a next retest date, both printed on the PAT report
- PAT retests coming due are flagged in Lead Finder, where you can make a letter or a draft email to copy into your own mail
- AI reads your PAT tester's display from a photo and fills in the results for you to check
- Branded PDF report, and CSV import of your PAT tester's export file (a file import, not a direct tester connection)
Read the tester, then check the results
Photo of the tester display
Take a photo of your PAT tester's display and CircuitHQ fills in the results for you to check.
CSV import
Import your PAT tester's CSV export file instead of typing each item. Columns are matched by name, so exports from Seaward, Megger, Kewtech, Metrel or a spreadsheet work.
Or type them in
Fast entry for lots of items when you'd rather enter results by hand.
AI reading isn't always accurate, so you check every result before the report is issued.
Retest dates on the report, retests due in Lead Finder
CircuitHQ records retest dates on PAT reports and flags retests due in Lead Finder.
- A retest interval for each item, 12 months by default, and a next retest date
- The retest interval and next retest date are printed on the PAT report PDF
- Retests that are overdue or due in the next 120 days show in Lead Finder
- From Lead Finder, make a letter or a draft email to copy into your own mail
You decide who to contact. CircuitHQ never emails or texts your customers itself.
On the same job as your certificates
PAT reports sit on the same jobs and customers as your electrical certificates, so the paperwork stays together.
- Linked to the same customer and job as your certificates

Questions
Does CircuitHQ do PAT test reports?+
Yes. Record portable appliance tests and produce PAT reports alongside your electrical certificates, linked to the same jobs and customers. PAT test reports are included on every plan.
Can it read my PAT tester?+
Yes, from a photo. AI reads your PAT tester's display and fills in the results for you to check. You can also import your PAT tester's CSV export file. It's a file import: there's no Bluetooth or direct connection to the tester.
Does it read multifunction tester screens too?+
No. The PAT tester display is the only tester screen CircuitHQ reads. For EICR and EIC test results, you add them yourself.
Does CircuitHQ track PAT retests?+
Yes. Each item has a retest interval, 12 months by default, and a next retest date, both printed on the PAT report. Retests that are overdue or due in the next 120 days show in Lead Finder, where you can make a letter or a draft email to copy into your own mail. CircuitHQ never emails or texts your customers itself.
How do I try it?+
Start a 14-day free trial, or request a free demo for a login with sample data. PAT CSV import works in the demo, and AI reads there return sample results rather than reading your photo.
