For homeowners
One-off: Homeowner DNO Pack, £100 incl VAT
A one-off pack of G98 or G99 DNO paperwork for your home, prepared from your answers. Paid once by card, with no subscription needed.

- • The documents aren't official ENA or DNO forms
- • You send it to your DNO, or give it to your installer to send. CircuitHQ doesn't submit anything

AI reads
AI reads, with no surprise bills
1 AI read = one photo or document scanned by AI (for example a board photo, a PAT tester display photo, a panel or inverter data plate, a datasheet, an imported old certificate or a supplier bill). One photo can fill in a whole board's circuits, so it isn't charged per circuit or per certificate. Re-scanning a photo counts again. Each plan comes with a monthly allowance shared across the whole company.

Need more? Add 300 extra reads for £5+ VAT, bought in the app. Top-up reads don't expire while your subscription is active.
At the limit
You get a warning at 80%. At 100%, only AI reading pauses until next month or a top-up. Everything else keeps working, including typing results in by hand. No automatic charges.
Pricing questions
Do the prices include VAT?+
No. All prices are shown per month excluding VAT. VAT is added on top.
Is there a launch offer?+
Yes. New customers get 50% off the monthly plan price for the first 3 months of their company's first paid subscription: Solo £14.50, Team £39.50 and Business £89.50 a month + VAT, then £29, £79 and £179. It's applied automatically at checkout, so there's no code to type, and the discount starts from your first payment, so you can start with the free trial.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. There's a 14-day free trial with full Team-level access and 50 AI reads in total, and no card is needed to start it. Start it from the sign-up page, which shows the plans and prices. If you choose a plan during your trial, you won't be charged until it ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
What happens when the trial ends?+
If you don't choose a plan, your account becomes read-only: you can still view and export your data, and nothing is charged. Your data is kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically, with a warning 60 days before.
How do extra users work on Solo?+
Solo includes 1 user. You can add up to 3 extra users at £15/month + VAT each, so up to 4 users for £74/month + VAT. If you need a 5th user, Team covers up to 5 users for £79/month + VAT.
Do the bigger plans get more features?+
No. Every plan includes every feature. The only differences between Solo, Team and Business are how many users you can have and how many AI reads you get each month.
Do I pay for regulation updates?+
No. Regulation updates are always free. When BS 7671 or the forms change, we update CircuitHQ and you never pay extra for it, whatever plan you're on.
What counts as an AI read?+
1 AI read = one photo or document scanned by AI (for example a board photo, a PAT tester display photo, a panel or inverter data plate, a datasheet, an imported old certificate or a supplier bill). One photo can fill in a whole board's circuits, so it isn't charged per circuit or per certificate. Re-scanning a photo counts again. Your monthly allowance is shared across everyone in your company: Solo 200, Team 1,000 and Business 3,000 reads a month.
What happens if we run out of AI reads?+
You'll get a warning when you've used 80% of your allowance. At 100%, only AI reading pauses until your allowance resets next month or you add a top-up. Everything else keeps working, including typing results in by hand. There are no automatic charges and no surprise bills.
Can we buy more AI reads?+
Yes. Top-ups are £5 + VAT for 300 extra reads, bought in the app, and they don't expire while your subscription is active.
